Soma Health provides education in the form of conferences or on-line educational material. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they choose the correct product.

All purchases are final and it is the purchaser’s responsibility to complete the courses within their subscription periods.

Given that this is a digital product and the purchaser has full access to the product, there can be NO REFUNDS offerred once purchased. There can be no stopping and restarting of the subscription period.

Soma Health reserves the right to cancel a webinar, or cancel a product. In the case where a product is cancelled, there will be a FULL REFUND, for any moneys in the remaining time of the subscription. However, in no way and under no circumstances, will Soma Health be held responsible in any way for expenses, or any loss of income, or any other losses, of any type or description, incurred by the purchaser.

Soma Health can change the dates of any of it’s webinars and will not be held liable in any way for any loss, or in any other way, as long as changes are made greater than one month before the date of that conference.

All CPD points for this site are for self-directed learning and the responsibility of the purchaser to submit.

Soma Health reserves the right to remove any subscriber from our email list.
